claim after accident

at 1st felt like i was at fault but was eventually explained that its done to protect both me and the insurance few days later is was smooth with in 3weeks everything was done and paid out ....only issue now im seen as a risk 4 been involved in an accident i didn't cause resulting in insurance premiums going up
