Claim
I joined Iwyze and in May. Today when I try to claim for my damaged fridge.they tell me about the damage report that I have to pay from my own pocket. Why do I pay the premiums when I'm sent from Piller to post when I have to claim.according to my knowledge.iwyze is supposed to send someone to check the fridge.now it's my responsibility.
