<p>reported accident on 06 February 2017 to Fikile Kubu, vehicle was sent to flanagans Panelbeaters in Durban and they did a good job, collected the car in March and noticed that the right side was no done, Iwyze did not authorise for the right side to be done. Complained on 14 March 2017 to Luzuko about unsatisfactory who indicated that he was going to take it up with managers, as according to the claim report the right hand side was supposed to be fixed, but a left hand was fixed.</p> <p>31 March 2017 followed up again talked to Lungile Shabalala, same thing was said that they will come back to us, waited and waited nothing.</p> <p>06 April 2017 followed up again talked to Luzuko, nothing happened</p> <p>05 May 2017 followed uu again talked to Naledi, nothing happened</p> <p>30 June 2017 followed up again talked to Scelo and luzuko, nothing happened. till today wehave not received a respond. they fixed a wrong side so we want the right hand side to be fixed as per the claim report.</p> <p>Regards, Sphiwe Gabela, Ms Mvelases' fiancee</p> <p> </p>
