Very unhappy with the claims department of Iwyze

I phoned numerous times inconnection with an update on my claim , after waiting for more than an hour for them to answer the phone they say that the lady who handles my claim will phone me back, I never hear back from her and she doesnt respond to my emails.

The claim is about a cracked cell phone screen , the company that will be fixing it only gives me 7 days to accept the quote then they send the phone back if I dont receive any feedback in time I will have to pay the courier fees again just because I dont receive any update regarding my claim.
