Charged for inactive policy refund

I had canceled my car insurance with number *** and on the app it shows that it is inactive and the active new one with number ***. However, both was debited for the same car today. I mean how bad is the systems at iwyze that you can cover the same vehicle twice? I called again today but was notified that I will be charged R450 to reverse the money. What kind of charge is that? I regret using iwyze, it's not really worth it. These guys are pits and even so low than unisa systems. Let me get this right, on app a policy can be inactive but in your systems as active? You really need to employ gen z to synchronize your systems. R450 is alot of money due to some old people who doesn't understand cloud systems. People watch out for iwyze, miway is better.
