cellphone claim

i registered a cellphone claim with iwyze on the 7th of October i sent all the neccesary reports and the claim was approved on the 13th of October, Since then i have been interacting with Boitumelo who advised that gwtech have to salvage my damaged phone before i can recieve the payout, to date from the 13th i have never recieved a call or any communication from gwtech in regards to making arrangements to collect the device, I have been patient, cooperated to the best of my ability but it seems like i wont be getting help any soon , il be forced to cancel all my polocies with iwyze as i am not getting satisfactory service please attend to this.
