CASH BACK BONUS REJECTED

Cant believe this. I have been with Iwyze - car insurance for over 6 years and only had 2 claims during this period. Last year I was suppose to receive my cash back bonus September 2021 but did not receive due to a claim for a windscreen replacement, bare in mind that I had to pay a excess fee of R 900.00 so mean I partially paid for the windscreen. My Cash Back Bonus gets rejected due to a windscreen replacement, REALLY?? This really doesn't justify the fact that I have been contributing towards my insurance for over 6 years....Really Iwyze is this how you want to play....treating your loyal clients like this.....in this time... If it was a other insurer this would not have happened. Windscreen replacements is something that you can not foresee!!!! Think twice people when you insure with iWyze........
