Car partially fixed

I still not happy about my claim at Iwyze, and they never rep**** to me. They only said they'll reply in proper channels but nothing was said or done. I had to replace the water pump at my cost. They have installed the bonnet but the bonnet shocks are not working, I have to get a stick in order to balance the bonnet. The installed front light is not aligned, there's a huge gap that was left there, it's not stable at all. I'm not happy about the entire service I received, while I'm faithfully paying them every month. Claim number ***. They also using the middle man called Straighthrough, which is also not helping at all. The guy named Johan called to get all my complaints, but that was the end of it, he never fixed anything nor rep****.
