Car not drivable after repairs

Was involved in a car accident on the 22 Jan 2025, head-on collusion. Put a claim (***) and it was approved, and a Panel Beater was approved to fixed it. The work was done and I collected the car on Friday the 14 Mar 2025. Didn't use the car for the week since I was working remotely. Just drove it for a short distance. Started using it on the 24 March as I was driving to the office, it complained about water level, bought anti-freezer and refill. On the 26 March, same problem, overheating, put anti-freezer again. On Thursday the 27, same thing, then I called the panel beater, I was advised to bring it back the following day, Friday 28 Mar 2025, as I was driving I couldn't reach the place, they send a tow truck to lift it up. I asked them if they test drive it before releasing it and I was told that they are not allowed to test drive customers vehicles. Maybe they could have picked up the overheating issue since they replaced the radiator. To date I haven't received it (15 April 2025). I am told that the Water pump need replacement and it wasn't part of the accident damage and my car is old. Was supposed to travel now in Easter, but I can't, since they took the car on 28 Mar 2025 and nothing has happened.

You approved my claim and communicated that Automagic, Montana will be my panel beater, I agreed. Automagic send me their banking details for me to pay for access, but I decided to go there first to check my car before I pay access, however, i couldn't find my car there. After some investigations then my car was found at Diamond Panel beaters, without me concerning. The bonet was replaced, and the radiator as well since it was a head-on collision, the water pump was also damaged but now they refuse to replace it saying it's not accident related. The lights were replaced but they are not functioning, they just switch themselves to bright, and when I switch them to bright they become dim. Now the car is not drivable because it overheat and now I'm expected to pay the panel beater for the water pump which is linked to the replaced radiator. I'm not happy about everything, how can the water pump not related to the accident? please tell me the way forward. I asked if they test drive my car after repair, I was told that they are not allowed to drive clients car....hence I picked up the overheating a day after driving my car. Please give me the solution to this dilemma.
