Car insurance refund
On the 24th October i was going to buy myself a car. But before I could get a car, I had to have an insurance cover. Which i called Iwyze and they immediately debited my account of an amount of R877.17 but unfortunately I never got a car as it was not in good condition. I cancelled the policy with Iwyze and they promised to refund me within seven working days. Todate i am battling to get my refund. I keep on phoning them and everytime i get empty promises. Iwyze is trying to rip me off my hard earned money and i am battling to get my money back. Can i please be assisted as i am being taken advantage of by such a big company.

14 Nov 2019, 12:17I have been hearing so many sorries and apologies from Iwyze. And it is sad that they don't mean a word of what they are saying. All the people at Iwyze have made my life a living hell because of what is due to me. All I am asking for is for my money back. I cancelled the policy immediately with them but they reject my refund they say they need a documents from the dealer as a proof that I did not buy a car. That is absolute nonsense. They never asked for any documents when they deducted my bank. What a nightmare they have caused.
