Car insurance policy Iwyze

Hi I canceled my car insurance with Iwyze, they still debited money on my account on the 28 of February, i was told that i will receive my refund after 3 days, till today I still have not received my money back, i call them everyday and I get different stories everyday, that i should for next when next week comea they say the following or promise to call me back. I don't know what to do anymore
