Car insurance iwyze

Old mutual is pathetic. I wouldn't advise my enemy to take insurance from them. I've been trying to get my money back since Jan 2021. I've had dual insurance. Miway gave me a better deal. I cancelled OM telephonically in october2020. I've send documents as requested by them. Numerous times I forwarded it. Even the broker who I liailise with also forwarded it on my behalf. I'm so disappointed in such a big and professional company
