Car insurance complaint

Guys please be warned,I was having a car insurance with old mutual Iwyze, I had an accident in Northern Kzn last month, 1. they took a 34days to take a final Decision, 2.yesterday they sent an email informing me that they are not paying and I should pay the Panel beater before they release the vehicle , 3.same day they canceled my cover without notifying me first, 4.they also demanded payment for the car hire because i was using a courtesy car the same courtesy i was paying for every month. 5. They took my car to Dbn not to my premises 6. When I joined their insurance I took a 30days car hire and when it's time to get that car they don't give your 30days they give you weeks contract

Please note that it was old mutual that took my car to the Panel beater. I never asked the towing company to take my car ,it was the instruction from the insurance
