Car insurance claim

I took out an insurance for my car with iWyze in 2021 around July. Since then I have been paying my premiums with no fail . Recently had an accident around January 2022,I advised my insurance of such. They took the car to a panel beater they now are suddenly rejecting the claim I am very disappointed and frustrated,my car been with panel beater for the past 3 weeks and there’s is absolutely nothing that has been done. Someone please assist I can’t do this anymore .They not giving me any solid reason for their rejection
