Car insurance claim
I was involved in an accident on the 11th of July 2024 and after a whole month of investigation Iwyze decided to reject my claim because they say we didn’t notify them that there will be another driver driving the car regularly while on their contract it stipulates that if there’s an additional driver in the the event of an accident Aslong as the driver is in a position of a valid drivers license and at the age of 25 upwards we will be eligible to make a claim
They took a whole month trying to find a reason to reject the claim because they couldn’t get hold of the third party who admitted on his AR statement that he was the one who was wrong, after iwyze struggled to find him and make him pay for the damages they then resort to declining the claim under false reasons
Iwyze is a **** that only wants to collect payments but when it’s time to make payments they fight hard to come up with reasons not to assist
