My experience was the best as a 1st time claimer and it’s all thanks to Zaina Mafuleka who was truly amazing from the 1st day I submitted the requested documents for validation, to getting authorisation for my claim. She was of great assistance to me, kept on updating me on the outcomes via emails and phone calls as well. Her communication skills were top tier!!
