Car insurance

Good afternoon this is Xolile Mcunu, last month I sent a review about IWYZE where I put in a claim for car insurance that they declined without valid reason, after putting a review here they re-opened the claim, and they told me that they are busy with investigation until today they never came back to me. I have been sending emails but no one responds to them they are now ignoring me, where as they're still deduct every month, please help what must I do
