Hellopeter advice IWYZE *** I got hijacked at my home on 27-June-2021, my car was recovered the following day. I reported the matter to IWYZE then they went and took the car at SAPS 13 Benoni for evaluation and repairs. On the 23-August-2021 I received an email indicating that my car is ready for collection, I went to collect it the following day, surprisingly the car had many faultise before taking it. Faults in the car are as follows... Lights system front and rare Loose wires infront of the battery New Battery loosese power if not used within 8 hours, I am jumpstarting or push the car every morning since Lock nut was nowhere to be found since they had changed a tyre of the car Rare boot was not opening and making funny noises when trying to open it. Second hand Dirty radio which is not working well I have not received a clearance report since the vehicle was ******, traffic officer argued that my insurance should have given me a clearance before giving back my car. I have been communicating with one of the consultants and informed him about my concerns, he has not responded to my emails since the first of September till now. I am no longer comfortable driving my car, thinking what else am I not picking up in the car, I am only happy with the painting even though it has dents which are new to my eyes. Please advise me what I should do in this case and please see the attached copy of my policy with them
