Car Damaged by their Service Provider - Panel City

I had an accident on the 27/07/2015 in Umthatha, i requested for my car not to.be taken to any panel beater in Umthatha due to my knowledge of their bad service and further damages to your property, they continued inspite of my warnings. Panel beaters were authorised to fix the car on the 28/07, to my surprise, the parts were ordered on the 12/08, parts were to arrive on the 15/08 and some on 17/08 & car would be ready in a week. To my surprise at 11am on the 17/08, i was told my car was ready, i questioned that with both the insurance and panel beater but i was told to collect the car, which i did but noticed that the car had problems whilst i was still in Mthatha, i advised the insurance of this immediately, on Thurs i drove to East London for work, the car kept losing power and as i was preparing to leave East London, the car could not even start. I am still stranded in East London, could not report for work and Palesa is not assisting me with due urgency. I had warned them of my fears with these panel beaters and they refused to listen.
