Car claim rejected and parts ****** and things st**********
I been waiting for these guys to deliver my car battery and a light that was ****** while my car was in them when I had an accident for which the claim was rejected. A serious inconvenience they are putting me under and stress not only financially but just don’t know what to do anymore.
Since about two weeks back they were always telling me that my case is being investigated and they will give me feedback; a new week will start and finish and will just be told again and again that they will get back to me the following week.
After they had now indicated that the parts will be delivered yesterday which did not happen and was promised today now there is just another story. These guys are just ****** and just continue to disappoint. Parts from my car have been ****** and now I have to wait and wait for ever and just keep on listening to stories

16 Jul 2019, 14:13This is exactly my frustration with IYWZe because the payment you are referring to is relating to the body damages. The battery and the lights that was cut off from my car was supposed to be delivered yesterday already after weeks and weeks of waiting and that did not happen today still there is nothing tangible instead I am still put on hold and have to wait for ever.
And I told you guys I don’t you want to give me sub-standard parts. I want a battery from Audi and a light from Audi don’t come here tell me about similar things. My warranty is now affected by you people cutting off the wiring of the car lights…. who must now incur all that cost?????
You guys are worst insurance I have ever had to be associated with……..
