Car claim

Is been 5 weeks without a car as I was involved in the accident on the 7 April car was taken to their breakdown company, claim was approved on the 24 april panel beater fought before they get a car to be repaired now the car is with panel beater repairs is coming right but still the insurance didn't approve other parts on the car that needs to repair when I ask Hlubi to assist to authorize the request from panel beater he advise that he doesn't deal with that and it comes toy surprised how could he not notice that grill was demaged as he went to examine the car at the towing company looks like he never did a right thing and worse I work far I start work at 6am is winter I'm struggling to get to work in time as is not safe.
