Car claim

I am utterly disappointed by the service I received from iWyze. i have lodged a claim weeks from them, it has now been three weeks since my car has been with them and there has been little communication from them as to when my car would be fixed. I feel like they are taking advantage by the fact that I am single female and also a first time car owner.

I have sleepless nights wondering if my car is safe in the possession of the repairs company they took it to.
