Car claim

1) I was involved in a car accident on the N3 on the 31st of October on my way to durban. I called IWYZE to report the accident. At first i gave them the ID number and they said there's no policy registered under that ID number, then i gave them the car registration and they said still there's no policy with that registration. I spent close to 30 minutes with their consultant on the phone trying to convince them that i do have a policy with them. After that i hung up and then went through the emails to find a policy number, after that i called again and only then did they find my policy. So had i not had excess to emails i wouldve been stranded on the N3 in the middle of the night.<br> 2) I then put in a claim on the 2nd of November 2015 and up until today i have got no feedback from IWYZE of whats going to happen to the car. Everytime i call them they keep telling me they still busy with the assessment of the car. Mind you it is the 3rd week now and i was told the assessment would be done by the 4th of November and they would have a report by the 6th of November. I always here people complain about poor service from insurance companies but this is something else.
