Cant keep their end of the deal

this company is very dishonest with its advertising. They said if they cant beat your car insurance they will pay R505. If you have been claim free for 3 years R1750. I did a quote with them and they couldn't beat my current insurance as well as the access. They requested y policy documents, I sent. They come back offering a new premium, which of coz I wasn't interested in because I am afraid if I change to them they might just change things in the idle of the contract. They should have honoured their end of the deal and paying the amount instead of trying to decrease my premium after having looked at my current policy schedule.
