Cant be waiting two weeks after a claim was submitted

Hi I have logged a claim on the 8th of February 2021. It is almost 2 weeks since I logged the claim and I'm still busy trying to sort out the claim. I Spoke to Alina Dhludhlu from the claims department who still want me to send details after I send an email with the details and who she have to contact. I also follow up regularly and IWYZE staff only come back after two days of follow up. I do not stand for this.
