Cannot cancel policy
I have been trying to cancel my policy since the 18th with no luck at all. No responses to emails and I have called the call centre daily up to 3 times a day only to be told everytime, the cancellation department will call me back. No one has returned my call. It is infuriating as I just want to cancel the policy.
