Cancelled my insurance and joined Old Mutual but iWYZE still debited mu account

Cancelled my insurance and joined Old Mutual but iWYZE still debited mu account. I’ve called 3 time for my refund and I get different people with different stories. Im well aware that iWYZE is but of Old Mutual and it’s unfortunate cause of the experience I got from iWYZE that I will be cancelling with Old Mutual as well. PS, I still have not received my refund of R2700
