Cancelled iWyze policy yet account is debited...
I recently cancelled my car insurance with iWyze and got a cancellation confirmation letter...iWYZE:#REF[***4] . Today I see they have debited my account after the policy has been cancelled. Can these funds be reversed ASAP before I could even call you in the morning. I fail to understand how you can confirm you have cancelled my policy but still go into my account and debit the premium.....

28 Dec 2019, 08:18I have just spoken to a consultant *** who told me that they can only reverse my funds i the next 5 working days. This is unacceptable I have other debit orders going off my account and I am not prepared to have a bad name because of iWyze. My policy was cancelled with you on the 10th and that was enough time to cancel the debit order from your side. I need my funds reversed ASAP because you debited my account without my authority hence the policy was already cancelled with you.

31 Dec 2019, 07:42Today it's the 31st I have debit orders going off my account at midnight which will bounce because iWyze has not reversed my funds till today. No one has even bothered to give me a call they couldn't be bothered. I don't understand how such a big company can refuse to reverse my R1471.00 which you debited without my authority. I am now handing this over to my family lawyer maybe you will explain better to him as to why you went into my account without my permission took funds and now you dont want to reverse it and feel you have a ryt to reverse it whenever it suits you yet I have explained to you that my other debit orders will bounce. It seems as if Old Kutual is continuing with their *****ing people saga , from the corpse to now doing as you please in peoples accounts and their money. This is disgusting...
