Cancelled claim

Been trying to process a claim since 2023 we don’t have the required documents as our step mother is withholding them from us and says she had already submitted them.Had to relocate in order to find the documents with no luck ,have asked for a way forward me reply and recently recieved an email stating claim is being cancelled
