Cancelled and unapproved policy appear on my credit Record

The worst insurance ever, so greedy and looking for clients in a bad way, I was doing a quotation with them only for them to give me a policy I didn't even approve , emailed and called them to cancel the policy only to receive sms'ses that they are not receiving debit orders, now their policy appears on my credit record with a balance. IWYZe remove your account because I didn't approve it and I tried to cancel it with no success, if this affects my credit record, I'm suing you people, listen to recordings as well to hear that I didn't approve the policy i was doing a quotation
