Cancelled a year ago but still active on credit report

I had a car insurance with them and cancelled in September 2022. They sent me the cancelation confirmation. They still appear as active on my credit report and I sent them emails to date I haven't received any feedback or response from them instead they are still on my report. This is affecting my affordability bigtime😞
