Cancellation request of policy numbers IWYZELIFE *** and IWYZELIFE ***

I would like to request that all my life policies are cancelled with your company with immediate effect.

Duly I would like to request that all premiums that were deducted from my bank account be returned in full.

I do not need another call or email from your offices or staff to confirm this.
