Canceling insurance

I wanted to cancel my insurance as I now have another one. I called the call centre and I was assisted by Anga and she processed the cancelation and sent a notice of cancellation that has reasons of cancelation as premium not received. I called again to get them to fix their notice and still sent me a notice of cancelation with the same wrong reasons. I asked them to fix it again and have not received a response
