Canceled policy was reinstated with out my permission.

My policy was reinstated without my concern. I canceled the policy becouse I was not happy with the service 2 months go. On the 24 March 2026 I got an sms saying that my policy lapse 2 minutes after that I got another sms that welcome me back and that the policy was reinstated and they will deduct R1076.23. On the 25 the debit order went off which kicked me out of my budget I want to know who reinstated this policy without my concern and why. I reinstated this policy more the 14 times in 2 months becouse the the consultant that did not know what to doing then a decided to cancel the policy and sign up with a different provider and I paid to 2 policies becouse IWYZ decided to **** me. PAYBACk MY MONEY ASAP and please do immediate payment. I called several times complaining about the service. Sent emails to the complains department no response. I coul not even speak to a manager until I decided to cancel the policy. Worse service ever I would never ever recommend IWYZ.
