Cancelation of the Policy

Breach of my insurance policy by IWYZE, My policy has a clause that allows the termination of the policy at any time either in writting or telephonically. And policy will lapse on the day before the next installment.

However, when one contacts IWYZE to cancell the policy, there indicate that there are only two options, a 31 days notice or immediate cancelation at a cost of R450 I had three consultants hanging their phones on me on 04 Oct 2022. They really make it difficult to cancell the policy, I had a very bad experience. 👎
