Cancelation complaint
Policy number : ***. I canceled my car insurance policy in November 2023. They promised to return my debit for December but they haven't done that. They said it will be back in 48 hours from the 19th of January, till today I haven't received the money. I am reporting this because the service I was promised was not delivered. Please help
