Cancel policy

I took out insurance because I wanted to buy a house , iWYZE did not wait till the house was on my name they start debiting immediately,not the real complain, unfortunately for me the deal did not go trough so now the plans have changed and I am no longer buying a house but iWYZE keep debiting my account for a cover that serves no purpose, I have been sending them multiple emails but they only reply with automated emails that tells you they will reply in 4 working days I even write back after 4 working days like a fool asking for response but still to this day no one has rep**** ,and I know my emails went trough that's why I am receiving automated emails, I ask that you please refund the money you keep debiting after the cancellation requests you have received from me and cancel my policy.
