Called Iwyze this morning to update missed premiums

Called Iwyze this morning to update missed premiums. The lady i found was speaking unaudable. I tried to tell her i have difficulty hearing what she was saying.i ended up asking to be transfered to someone. The guy who responded was professional and helpful. Then transfered to accounts. Lady sounded so tired and like was not interested. She even told me she has birthday coming of which was not interested.
