*********** call centre , useless staff and harrasment

Very very *********** .!!! They let a trainee phone u and ask u about a vehicle when u ask the person a question they just completly ignore u and just continue the conversation . U ask the same question over and over and she just speaks about something else, when u ask for the supervisor and u finally can speak to the supervisor then u ask is the person u just spoke to a trainee they just tell u don't shout and gives the phone back to the trainee . When u ask is she a trainee she says yes she is for a month now . But as far as i know if u a trainee of a month there must be someone with u while u are training to . "The supervisors name - Lerato and the trainee- Zanele . Really this is just unprofessional and *********** . Please teach your staff the proper customer care and manners .
