Call centre is pathetic

I want to reinstate my gapcover policy and it has been more than 2 weeks that I can not get someone to help me. They say they will call me back but they don't!! The call centre is pathetic and no one answered! Everytime I hold for almost a hour to no avale! I even emailed them and still no one is getting back to me!
