Call center staff were very helpful and professional especially Siba. The rest on the follow up on my changed policy was absolutely pathetic. No replies to my question about their requirements regarding Auto Boys inspection of our new vehicle. As a result I have cancelled the policy after many years and have gone to a new insurer who at least provides a personalised service.
