Bureau update outdated

My bureau has been reflecting an inactive policy for the past 3 years. This policy was cancelled in 2022 and despite previous attempts to get my record updated it still is reflecting incorrectly. This should have been closed a long time ago and seeing that it is older that 3 years it should have been removed completely from my profile
