Bumped rear left light and the bumper

I've reported an accident that I was involved in on the 20th of July and nothing yet has been done , the only thing I got from them was the email saying " they're battling to get hold of SAPS to confirm where I reported the case but I did gave em the AR no: . I'm so disappointed because it's almost a month now . I trusted iwyze hoping it's a better insurance company but now I'm no longer sure .
