Building claim

Good day,

I started having problems after replacing my geyser. The electrician informed Iwyzwe about breaking the ceiling to ensure that I will be covered. From early July we have been waiting for it to be fixed. After I made many calls to follow up finally Wandeka Siganga emailed me claim forms. I sent them back on 7 September and I have not heard anything from her yet. Again on 12 Sep 2023 I called and spoke to Mashudu, and she allegedly was going to Wandeka Siganga's desk to inquire. The call was dropped and I have not heard from them.

I am startled by all this as they won't even reply even when reported
