Big up to Mr. Lucky Dhladhla

Big up to Mr. Lucky Dhladhla, Claims Consulted @iwyze. He ensured that my claim (***) which was approved on 01/03/24 was processed and that the panel beater is notified. He literally made a conference call with another colleague, without transferring me from one call to the other like most people does and you end up being frustrated more. I had submitted my claim around the 28th February 2024 and it was processed by the gentlemen called William Walker and he notified me about the approval. A week after approval (6/03/2024), i send Mr. Walker an email to enquire about the approval and he did not reply or acknowledge my email. On the 19 March 2024 i phoned Mr. Walker to follow up on the approval because i was informed that the panel beater will contact me soon, and that was when Mr. Walker read the email i send on the 06th and he assured me that he will follow up since he does not understand why i was not attended. On the 25th March, i send another email to follow up and requested the number of panel beater so that i could follow up on the side and Mr. Walker still did not respond to my email. On the 5th April, i phoned again and i was told the same story that he will follow up on my approval and eventually give me the name of the panel beater.... When i call the panel beater (Renew - it in Sandton), they informed me that they did not receive my claim and my car was not booked for repairs. Disappointed and needed to cool off, i called again on the 11th April 2024 and that was when i meet Mr. Dhladhla. He listened to my story, and without taking me from pillar to post like most agent/s does, he made a conference call to his female colleague who was also helpful and there and there my claim was sorted and sent to the panel beater, and i will be getting a call by Monday (15th April 2024) to book in my car. I am looking forward to add the reviews just to extend my appreciations to Mr. Dhladhla.
