So disappointed with iWYZE, yes consultants are good and professional but the organization itself, yhooo its terrible. When I took the insurance, I was only informed of 1 excess fee. Now that I have submitted a claim, they are telling me about additional excess. Who would take an insurance with R5800 excess with additional excess of R17500. t=These guys are literally taking chances. I tell you now, if you know what's best for you run, don't ever look back, back when you need them, they not there to assist. My question is, why was I not informed of additional excess. I wonder how many people they are ****ming like this. iWYZE old mutual BIG ****MERS. I am so disappointed 😥 hurt, I've never missed a single premium.
