Beware of Old Mutual

Beware of Old Mutual Vehicle Insurance.All my vehicles are insured with OM through a Broker.Someone drove into one of my Vehicles in October 2021 and the matter had still not been resolved.My Broker got Quotes from OM Approved Repairers who physically came out to check the damage,took photos and Quoted R 49 000.00 to repair meanwhile someone at OM takes the same photos and gets a quote from Hylton Whitehead for R 8k and this gets approved without seeing the real damage.This repairer want to book vehicle in and then they can adjust the claim accordingly.Some serious ***** going on here.Thumbs down to Malibongwe and Puleng who wont answer my calls or emails.
