***- BEWARE OF IWYZE

its been 16 days since a third party knocked into my vehicle and i am still awaiting a validation on my claim. It seems as if Old Mutual Iwyze is looking for every excuse not to honour the claim. I have not been or caused an accident in the history of cover taken. I honestly thought that Iwyze was the same as having a policy with Old Mutual but I am wrong.

At the time of sale i declared my last claim and i did not remember any other claims as i was never involved in an accident. Now i see that you have to note every single incident even if it did not involve another vehicle.

I am still awaiting feedback and it is so frustrating. i would like to keep everyone informed about this so that they can learn what Iwyze does.
