BEWARE ***** IYWZE - Reject duty to Recover access from 3rd party

DO Not Buy Iwyze Old Mutual insurance. Collecting Access from 3rd party? Not Iwyze's problem!!! Years on of paying without fail their premiums, i get this back handed treatment! Iwyze Will not collect access of R4500 from the persons who caused the accident. The Iwyze call center for legal department has outsourced "this problem" to another firm, that only tell clients "Iwyze has a clause not to collect from access from 3rd party, you will have to find means to privately retrieve your money". A very important clause i never heard off when they were selling this insurance. This clause is so valid such that i would not have switched over and sign up with Iwyze. Why would such an important clause be omitted upon sales pitch, Iwyze sells the honest i am on your side story, they dont mention that they "You fend for yourself."
