Best Service from IWyze Car Insurance

Less than 6 months As I Joined IWyze from my previous car Insurance. On the 4th August 2021, I was involved in car accident, on that night I called Nedbank call centers, the Consultant assisted me in a great manner, making sure that i was safe and receiving all the help I needed. From the 5th August started logging my Claim with IWyze... The lady was customer friendly and trained, SheListened to me attentively as I was describing what happened. She gave me comforting words. Was Given claim no. The Guys whom I remember was Manqoba Dlamimi and Mpho Soko from claim department, which I have been communicating/worrying them on daily basis, making follow up upon my claim. I remember when they told me my car was beyond repairs, I cried in middle of the call, the Guy waited for me and assured me that I was owkay. They've made the process so easy and stress relieving as Iam still recovering from Accident(mind you it was the 1st time experience ). Big up guys. In the next 2 days they will be settling my account. How I wish i took shotfall cover. Thank You IWyze???
